The Finance & Governance Committee of the AAMC is charged with coordinating and developing with appropriate committees an annual budget that the Board of Trustees then approves. During the year, the Committee meets semi-annually to monitor the Associations finances and to oversee any other issues concerning the financial well-being of the AAMC. Additionally, the committee is responsible for all governance-related issues facing the organization including updating its by-laws and recruiting and evaluating trustees and staff members.
