The AAMC 2015 Annual Conference & Meeting, May 9 - 12, 2015, sessions and events will be held at several New York area cultural institutions, including the Newark Museum, the Brooklyn Museum and The Bronx Museum of the Arts. In addition, special tours of the Queens Museum, SculptureCenter, Cloisters, Bard Graduate Center, and Highline have been arranged.

Keynote Speaker:  The Keynote Speaker for AAMC’s Conference is Tom Finkelpearl, Commissioner, NYC Department of Cultural Affairs.  His experience and perspective on the powerful and mutually rewarding relationship that can exist between a museum and its immediate community and the ways in which to engage a culturally diverse region will resonate with and inspire the Conference attendees.
 
Session Hosts: The Conference sessions and events will be held at several New York area cultural institutions, including the Newark Museum, the Brooklyn Museum and The Bronx Museum of the Arts. 

 

Registration: Click here to register. Registration will close on April 9, 2015.  After April 9, only onsite registration will be available at the Conference.  Registration before April 9 is $100, after it is $150.

Hotels: Please click here for information on the two reserved hotel blocks in New York City for those attending the 2015 Annual Conference and Meeting. April 9, 2015 is the deadline to book at either the Hotel Hudson or the Courtyard Marriott, Upper East Side.
