About the AAMC Annual Meeting:

The 12th Annual Meeting of the AAMC occurred May 5 - 7, 2013 in New York.  Museum venues included the New-York Historical Society, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Museum of Art & Design.  There was also be an opening reception for members on May 5th at Sotheby's.

Conference Registration & Cost to Attend:
Online registration for the conference began in mid-March.  All active members of the AAMC were eligible to attend the conference.  The cost to attend for members was $50.  This nominal fee included access to all programs, receptions and AAMC scheduled events related to the conference including lunch on May 6 at the New-York Historical Society. 

Travel Grants to Attend the Annual Meeting:
A limited number of travel grants were available for junior curators or curators without access to institutional travel funding.  
In 2013, the AAMC was able to provide more than twenty-five grants for travel to attend the annual meeting. To learn more about these grants, click here
