The resilience training for the workplace webinar will provide a much needed community building experience for AAMC members. Presented by Hollaback!, whose mission to end harassment in all its forms by transforming the culture that perpetuates hate and harassment, this presentation will offer tools to manage stress, effectively deal with fear and bias associated with the current health crisis, and help you develop better communication, conflict management, and rapport skills.

Kelly Erickson, Training Consultant, Hollaback!

Kelly Erickson, Training Consultant, Hollaback! Kelly strives to promote equality and to honor the journey of others—believing that life is full of wonder and opportunity. She is a trained hostage negotiator and a PTSD counselor, understanding some of the dimensions of conflict and trauma, and... their devastating effects. Kelly has developed and delivered training on crisis prevention and intervention, sexual harassment prevention, motive-based communication, change and transition, project management, facilitation, and personal and workplace resilience.
