About the 2012 Annual Meeting

Occurring May 13 - 15, 2012, the AAMC will hold its eleventh annual meeting in Boston, MA. Over 300+ curators are expected to attend.

Hotel Accommodation

**NEW HOTEL BLOCK - APRIL 4**
Boston Park Plaza (50 Arlington Street at Park Plaza)AAMC members may now make reservations at the Boston Park Plaza with rates starting at $189. Members may call the Reservations Department at (800) 225-2008 and ask for the Association of Art Museum Curators Room Block or reserve rooms online. To book online click here, under code please input "AAMC". Deadline for booking: April 12.

Update APRIL 4 - The Lenox Hotel has indicated it is near capacity at the AAMC rate of $219. Members may continue to inquire about rooms at the AAMC rate but note that they may not be available. Call 617) 536-5300 or (800) 225-7676 to make reservations. Please reference the "Association of Art Museum Curators' room block" when you call.

Registration Fee

Members are asked to contribute $25 toward the cost of facility and technology fees associated with the program.  There are no other registration fees associated with the conference.  Online registration will begin in early March, 2012.
